Hey, I’m Reza
I help grow ambitious people and companies.
For the last 12+ years, I’ve helped 100+ startups (Seed to Series B) build strong brand foundations, go to market, and scale revenue.
Today, I advise founders and their early teams on strategy and execution across the entire GTM stack. I also coach creators and mid-career professionals through their next move.
Every Thursday I share what I’m learning.

The older I get, the more I realize: Your body is a lie detector. It relaxes around people who mean well. It tightens around people who don't. You don't need to analyze it. You just need to listen.
The 5 levels of charisma: - L1: Talks a lot - L2: Makes you laugh - L3: Makes you feel seen - L4: Demands nothing of you - L5: Leaves you feeling more like yourself Most "charismatic" people stop at L2.
Magic pills no one wants to take: - 8 hours of sleep. - A 30-minute walk outside. - Water before coffee. - Sunlight in the morning. No guru required.
Real talk: using yoga to tolerate a job you hate is 10x harder than just finding work that doesn't break you. Stop meditating through misalignment.
You can spot a beginner because they do too much. Too many ingredients. Too many steps. Too many words. Masters use the minimum required. They know what to leave out. Simplicity is the mark of mastery.
Hot take: Consumption is the enemy of fulfillment. The more you consume, the less satisfied you become. The more you create, the more energized you feel. Stop getting satisfaction from intake. Start getting it from output. Creation beats consumption. Making beats buying.
